NZ Piano Works in China

New Zealand Piano Works in two volumes, including music by 24 leading New Zealand composers. It will be the first time any such volumes of solo piano works by New Zealand composers have been compiled according to difficulty, published, and distributed in a new international market. To assist the learning and appreciation of those works, the collection is ordered by the level of complexity, from short pieces for beginners to advance works for concert pianists, and video recordings of all the works are also included.

Publishing in China is the best way of building a strong new audience for NZ piano works outside of our own country, and increasing the performance of New Zealand works in China. Notable is China’s currently untapped market for NZ compositions, which has huge potential for future development and collaborative opportunities for New Zealand composers.
